Harassment and assault caused by bolt driver that wasn't even the profile holder of the driver profile

This morning my wife tried to book a bolt and after 2 cancellations my wife got a driver that was willing to take us but with this the driver showed pure prejudice towards us from the beginning we then insisted in rather proceeding with him unable to recognise the driver due to the mask and him not wanting us to see his face not offering us sanitizer and not implementing covid regulations needless to say we carried and proceeded to our destination he then had the audacity to tell us as we were his kids we should not book two drivers at one time not knowing my wife had called the drivers profile because he was suspicious and was aggetated with regards to picking us up , he was as if we were ******s when we were in the taxi the original profile holder/driver kept phoning and we answered the driver then stated we should not book two drivers at once knowing that it is impossible to do to book two drivers at on e nevertheless the original profile holder spoke and we said we already in a taxi so he then said its fine we proceeded and the driver kept insisting 9n us having change bec3if not we should stop now at any random shop I told the driver the destination is in front of a shop I'll make change thereil if you do not have a r10 change for us he then stopped 1km from our destination at a garage where he insisted we should make change we then refused because we've been loyal customers of the bolt and we expect better service and we will get dropped in front of a shop which we will then make change, he then proceeds to another destination now 500m away from our destination to another garage and insist we should get out we then told him thrice we want to pay you just drop us at our destination he then forces to put us out of the car and says rethwr don't pay me and thrice I insisted on paying him he stills refuses until I said you making me late for work so I'm just going to walk now My wife and I then started walking and then the harassment began he the proceeded to walk after us following us for the next 200m forcing us to pay him he then proceeds to assault me by pulling and pushing me I then defended myself and pushed him away from me and continued to walk my wife so scared at this point then stands still and I realise after trying to get away from this chaotic experience and mental health issues (driver) I turned around to see the driver grabbing my wife and tugging her (pushing and pulling) I got so furious and approached him out of anger where I stumbed him away and took control of the situation I will be laying a charge of assault against bolt association and the profile holder Bolt association has given my wife a r10 coupon as a gesture of good faith and compensation and I think this is not even close to what we've experienced this morning P.S I cf or got to state for the 200m where he followed us and harassed us he was defaming us by telling by standers that we refusing to paying him and I don't take that insult politely because ive been with bolt for over 3 years now and I'm disgusted never have I experienced this in my life
