Harassment

Last night I requested a ride then the first driver never came and very rude and yet I paid 20rand for someone who never pitched..fine then I canceled the trip and requested again in the app it was cash so I paid cash only to see I was charged a 245 already so this means I paid twice in total 490 the second driver came to harass me in my home because I reversed the cash send I had done after realizing my acc was debited until my neighbor paid him because he was shouting and very aggressive..what kind of business is being run by Uber? And your drivers wow! I'd like my money to be paid back please
