Harassed by a Bolt driver

On Friday the 8th December I had asked my mother to request a trip for me at 12:30,pm, the trip was meant to be from 70 rigger road Spartan to 5 katdoring street dalpark and the final stop was 3 Jackal street Villa Liza and the total trip amounted to R245, a driver by the name of Tshepo driving a white Suzuki swift registered FC33XYGP, the first thing he asked me when he arrived was how much my trip was because on his side it said R307, I told him how much it was and he didn’t seem too happy about it and said that if I wasn’t in a hurry he would ask me to request another trip, I then asked him why he proceeded to take the trip if he new he wanted the full price of R307, while on route he started to complain about him taking taken this trip and the kilos are far and he doesn’t have enough petrol I again asked him why he took the trip, I then asked for his number so I could send him an ewallet for the trip he refused I asked for his account number to deposit the funds still he refused, demanding that we find an atm so that he could get his money, we then went to Mall@Carnival as that was the only close place that had atms while there I said to him because il actually closer to home I’ll ask my brother to check the prices for a trip from 70 rigger road spartan to 5 katdoring street dalpark and I’ll just get off at home, and so my brother did and sent me the prices I told the driver that I’d pay him for the trip from Kempton park where he picked me up and I’ll cancel the last stop and that is when he started to get verbally abusive, shouting at me and swearing at me not even allowing me to get a single word in, I told him that I would no longer continue with him I’ll remain at Mall@Carnival and my dad will pick me up because he was getting extremely rude and vulgar, as he continued to shout demanding that I pay him the full R245 I told him I would do no such thing as I was not even dropped off at either of my stops.

This man has been coming to my place of employment since Monday harassing me demanding that I pay the full amount when he didn’t even drop me at any of my stops, it has gotten to a point whereby he arrives every day at 8am and he is back in the afternoons at 4, I reported this trip on the bolt app and also the person that was driving is not the same person on the bolt profile.

I have requested this man to stop harassing me as I will not pay him a full amount for a trip that I was forced to end at a place that was not even apart of my stops due to his rudeness and vulgar
