Got rob by a gun point

Bolt is supporting ********s i was rob the amount of R8000 and a samsung S23 when I contacted bolt they only gave me 150 for 1 ride when I came bk home when i reported to Bolt they never assist me they made me wait like a dog i have to used indrive. I am very disappointed and angry coz they are refusing to help me out they are refusing to assist me.
