Good day, I requested a ride for my uncle with two stops. There is a plastic with shoes that I left in the vehicle at the first stop. The driver did not pick up my uncle and the plastic is missing. I have tried to contact the driver and he is not answering. I have contacted Bolt via the app for assistance and it has been more the 3 hours which is their turnaround time to resolve a matter.
