Ghost trip

A driver accepted my ride request and then never turned up yet I was still charged the full amount. When I chose the help option of "trip didn't happen" I received a pop-up message saying I should contact the in-app help services which is exactly what I was doing. Never received any further communication or follow-up regarding the matter
