Ghetto Bolt

Requested a two stops ride from Bolt on the 26 of October 2024 the driver come waited for me two yards from my house, we then started to drive to the first destination as his app loaded the route he said he usually don’t take 2 stop trips and I should get off and cancel the trip. I got off while trying to cancel only to find that I can’t hoping he would cancel it, the guy drove for 5 mins before ending the trip and I was charged the full amount. Contacted their customer service only for them to tell me that they will give me R25 from the R63 I was charged. Worst drivers and worst customer service urgent ever.
