04/10/2020 I requested I ride with bolt and I got charged and the driver never pitch up, I want the driver to be fired immediately, his name is phathutshedzo, he drivers a blue Toyota corolla Fz49czGp and I want the head management of bolt to call me, and I want my refund. Any person using bolt in south Africa is not safe, and very unprofessional, the worse part the bolt driver go' s by the name Mickey. I'm in charge of the ***** and investigation in south Africa and the service was bad, I repeat the driver must get fired with Immediate effect. And my waiting on a responds from the head of logistics of bolt and the responds time is bad.
