Frustrated

I have always thought that the day I buy a car bolt will be one thing I do. I am in a customer service business and have worked in a customer service field for almost 2 decades now. So when Bolt came to South Africa I knew I would be one of their drivers. Little did I know that registering with them would be a pain in the butt, excuse the pun. For the past few weeks I have been trying to register as a driver but have been met with decline after decline. Last decline was that I am not in possession of PrDP, Professional Driver's Permit. I can, with 1000% cer*****y, say that not every driver in Rustenburg and definitely that I know of are in possession of such permit. I've asked around I have been told by many Bolt drivers that they followed the same procedures I have followed and had their applications approved. For a company that seeks to improve lives of ordinary people, they're falling short of their mission and vision.
