**********ly taking money from my account

I added up my banking details on texify and have been using this payment method as it’s easier than having to withdraw all the time..yesterday (06/04/2020–22:30 received notification from the bank saying that I have paid R400 for taxify,mind you I was at home en as per lockdown rules cabs are not allowed to work late but the time was 22:30 at night..I have sent out numerous emails,messages but they didn’t respond..they just keeps on taking money from my bank..please help
