For the first time since I started using Bolt, I actually had a horrible experience on Saturday. I had done my shopping and had a lot of bags with me so I requested for a ride. One driver accepted the trip but did not pitch, however on the App it said that he's arrived and the other one I booked just drive straight passed me and then charged a cancellation fee because apparently I did not pitch. I am disgusted to say the least. Here I was stranded with my bags in town. I had to remove my card as a payment method before your drivers ****med me some more, luckily someone came and dropped me off but there was no chance of him ******** me because I elected cash payment
