********** driver ******** people. Falsely accepting rides taking money.

I booked a ride on Sunday from my house to strand beach. When the app said the driver arrived we hurried outside to find the road empty now ride in site. The driver then changed his status to driving to destination which is a lie. I called the driver when he answered he was rude and hang up when i told him that outside. I called him again to find out if he was coming but he ignored my calls and i messaged him to cancel he still ignore me. Couple minutes later he ended the ride in Wimbledon road i have no idea where that is and they deducted my money. This driver is a ******* and comitted ***** by falsely accepting the ride and not coming to. Reported him and bolt got back saying they investigating the matter but they still took my funds. This is a horrible service where bolt obviously is just lets anyone become a driver. Im going to open a case against the driver and Bolt if my money is not returned by tomorrow.
