********** case by Bolt left unattended

Ensure when you loose your personal things like ID and licence you immediately report them.

When I lost mine , someone else used my licence to login bolt and pretended to be me . I then reported this matter to bolt and asked them on how to resolve the issue but I haven't got any response and no action seemingly has been taken to resolve the matter . There's a loop hole in bolt , and one can't be assisted and to make things worse there's no contact number to call them cause via an email they're not effective.
