We had a trip in Polokwane from Peter Mokaba Stadium to 37 Pufari on Tuesday 13th June 2023, car Toyota Atios . The driver drove off before we could take our luggage out of the boot. Now bolt is refusing to help us track this driver. We have to travel back to Johannesburg without our luggages. We have tried without fail to contact him and he's not responding. Now Bolt is refusing to assist.

We need our luggage please.
