Fisokuhle ntsani bad bolt driver

On the 30th of May at 5:45 am I requested a bolt service to take me to my house, as soon as I realized that I had left my backpack I called the driver but his phone was on voice then end I've also emailed the bolt help centre end I got an email to say they will theyve tried to contact the driver but his phone is off this is bad cause it means some bolt drivers are *****s as well
