Feared for my life

The drivers are getting out of hand. Very rude , unprofessional and the company does not care at all.

Tonight I feared for my life as my driver who seemed short tempered , taking wrong turns (gps directing him correctly) then gets so mad when I tell him wrong way

1st he made me wait as he stopped at the wrong location and told me if I made him late then o should have cancelled ?

After getting a discount I only paid R26 that threw him off . This is all happening at night
