extremely rude driver

While waiting for the bolt driver to pick me up, he drove past in the far right lane. The road has 4 lanes and I was waiting in the other side. When I saw him drive past I sent him a message and told him that he drove past me. He then called me and extremely rudely told me that I mustn't take chances and take him for an idiot. I said I saw him driving and turning at the robot. I want to know how do I go about sorting this out as I'm a client and not his friend that he can speak to the way he feels like. I have a screenshot of his detail and the message I sent him.
