Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience

I had a very unpleasant experience with a ride I booked on 26 June 2025. The driver canceled the trip but still demanded payment directly from the people i had requested for, which amounted to R210. This is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Now my company requires proof of this payment, and I have nothing official to show for it. I have been trying to get assistance urgently but have received no response. This lack of support and accountability is deeply frustrating. I expect immediate contact to resolve this matter and receive documentation for the payment made. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in your service, and unless it's resolved quickly, I will reconsider using it again. As I had to pay the difference.
