Extremely Bad service and overcharging.

Bolt charges trips twice and always makes my Bolt account to have a negative balance. Also it's a bad app because they don't refund my money. And they keep charging more and more for trips. My trip for R56 was charged again for R161. My trip for R68 was charged today for R99. Always charged extra money unnecessarily and for less than 4 km trips
