Exorbitant prices charged

Good day, your driver's operating in the Vaal, Emfuleni municipality are charging us exorbitant amount of money for all trips, we pay triple the amount charged on the App, all the drivers have their own fixed rates for trips. Please look into this matter, I sent email with a screenshot of the drivers text entailing additional costs. I am not happy at all.
