Drivers decline taking a trip because of promotions bolt sa

Drivers don't want to take trips while their are promos, they saying it's too less after the discount, it amazes me that bolt is operational with the issues they have, from wrong cars that are not matching the description to different drivers then the profile, with the level of service and how the drivers operate I wouldn't recommend bolt for people to use
