Driver wont pay my money back and Bolt is offering me a R50.00 voucher when I am owed R400

I took an bolt in Haartebee****rt 2 weeks ago. I sent the driver R400.00, he claimed the money didnt clear. I then proceeded to withdraw the money and paid him in cash and he was suppose3d to send the money back. the next day. He never did. I contacted Bolt and they said he promised to get ahold of me he never did. I reminded bolt twice. On the 4th day they told me he is not responding. I then proceeded to contact the number after i realised his number is on mthe bank notification. He told me he will pay me whenever. Arrogantly so. I didnt borrow him the money he basically stole from me as I realised that the money cleared on the very same night. H e**** when he said it didnt clear.
