Driver who never appeared cancelled trip but refund on bank card not done

Yesterday I requested using my bank card and the driver who I did not even see cancelled the trip yet it had been already been deducted from my account. The funds are not yet showing in my account and there is customer support contact number to assist me. At this point am clueless what to do but my R120 is gone.
