Driver Rihangwele RS55XCGP worst Bolt driver!

Today I requested for a bolt driver to fetch my 10 year old daughter from school who had a bandaged injury on the leg, the full and complete address to where my daughter needs to be fetched and her destination was clearly written. To my surprise after my child had been waiting the driver arrives and before she could hop in he tells her that he never checked the address properly that he does not have enough gas and tells her he won't be able to take her,leaves her just like that without even informing i, who booked the ride. My poor child limping remained there in tears and he never even cared,he just drove off! No apologies nothing

I then get a rate the ride notification,was charged R17 just because of the drivers fault or sudden decision, the driver was at fault no apologies nothing and instead I get billed for a ride my poor daughter never took.

Why was I charged when the fault was from your side? I hate how Bolt works, you hire *********** people who are heartless and selfish! These drivers represent your brand!
