Driver gave me torn note as change

Driver gave me a torn note as change it was folded when he gave it, I was in a hurry I only noticed when I got home. When I reported this in Bolt app they took me back and forth, and said I need to go to the bank to get certificate that I can not use this s money anywhere this is not the service I expected instead of correcting their wrongs they are supporting their employees even when they're in the wrong side
