driver cancelled my ride when i was in the vehicle

the driver picks me up then cancelled the trip when i was in the vehicle, because the price was not right for him. After i contacted the support team they did nothing but apologize there is no manager to talk to just chat to a support who dont help still waited an hour and 30mins for a ride at twice the amount i was suppose to pay
