Driver accusation

On the 4th November 2025, I requested bolt lite, driver was Tebogo Samson, he accuse me of not paying him in full yet my ride was R20 and gave him full amount, I had to ask for 50 change at clicks, you can even request cctv footage, why such accusations, that is not right to recieve a message from bolt accusing me, I need to get that drivers details to explain to me on how did I pay in full
