Double standards service- expand the service

Iam a bolt user staying in rural just behind King Shala airport, Osndisweni area. When Im landing from airport they can take me home but when I need a pickup, they cant, This is a one-sided service which is unfair but a lot of drivers that work at the airport are from our area, why is this??
