Double fees and lies - Bolt service?

Bolt is a dismal excuse for a business as they have proved to be a bunch of ****** primarily offering services of a taxi. Twice they double charge and then lie to cover their own asses . When you do confront them they are uncontactable and undetectable in SA ie no recourse or accountability there to their *****ing from their own customers. No call centre agents either and cleverly just send emails for future discounts for a week only . Useless, dishonest and please be very careful . Bolt drivers are a lae unto themselves and cancel on you when it doesn't suit them . Try and avoid and use Uba or the bus so you avoid poor service and being ********** blindly. By the way you owe me 140 Bucks your driver Ronald Khumalo stole from me.
