Double chrges

I was charged double for 1 trip . I paid cash and they debited my account . When i ask they saying they charge temporaly fees . Which i dont undesstand why. This is not the 1st time i use bolt i was never charged temporaly fees. Yi tried to send.massages to bolt no joy. Only robot responding with automatically you were charged temporaly fees .
