Double charging and over charging

Bolt double changed me on the 16th of June 2023 when I inquired they said I’ll get my money within 10days,10 days long pass I haven’t got back my money, they over charged me again on the 3 July 2023 still haven’t received my money.they now owe me for two different trips and they not even showing any sign of paying me back,I don’t want their discount I need my money back.I have communication and prove
