Double charging and ******** driver

They debited my account twice for the same ride. I reported the matter and they don’t respond. The driver i was using for the ride kept on rounding in circles claiming that his Gps is not working and he is getting lost, the trip was supposed to be R43 but ended up charging me R74 because of the driver’s conduct
