On the 4th of January 2026 u requested a bolt from katlehong south to pimville soweto, the trip was R202 which was debited from my account. On the 8th of January I saw another deduction has been deducted for what I don't know. I've tried escalating it I'm only giving an opportunity to speak to their robot. I Want my refund off R202.

11 Jan 2026, 02:54When I tried querying about my problem I was told the amount was for preauthorization payment but I'm failing to understand why would they deduct it 4 days after my ride and why must the preauthorization amount be the same as the ride payment
