Double charged

Please help I requested a ride using card payment, when I got to my destination the driver insisted I pay cash after I left the car I got a notification telling me that money was deducted from my account paying bolt I complained on the app the driver calls me n threatens me to withdraw my complains now the app is making me seem like I don't know what I'm talking about
