Double charge customers bolt drivers are robbing us open eyes

Driver didn't end ride at my destination then drove off on my expense to another address I didn't enter. My fee came to almost double the amount I originally had to pay was a card payment I didn't want to cancel the ride when I noticed the ride is still going I though then driver won't get paid. But instead he took double my money ..I'm very disturbed by this and definitely raising this query
