Don’t use BOLT rides if you value your life!

We ordered a BOLT ride for 2 elderly ladies today. The driver canceled the ride and took them in a completely different direction. When they questioned him he demanded cash and left them 30 km from where they should be. This amounts to ******ion and kidnapping!
