Don't use bolt please

At this point, Bolt isn’t a ride-hailing company — it’s a **legalized ****** that robs people in broad daylight and hides behind automated replies.

First a driver **ASSAULTED ME** — and Bolt did NOTHING. Then another one **STOLE MY PHONE** — I have a case number and proof, still NOTHING. Then they had the nerve to **CHARGE ME TWICE FOR THE SAME TRIP**, and tell me I must “wait 14 days” to get my own money back. And now, as if I haven’t suffered enough, they charge me **R100 MORE** than what their own app quoted for a short ride up the damn road.

I’m actually shaking with anger. How does a company this ******* still operate? How are ********s wearing Bolt uniforms and calling themselves drivers? Every single time I use them, it’s drama — theft, lies, and daylight *******.

I’m done. I’m sick of it. I’m tired of Bolt’s pathetic excuses, their **** “support,” and their empty promises. This company is a **disgrace**, a **joke**, and an **insult** to anyone who works hard for their money.

BOLT IS A NIGHTMARE. They don’t care about safety. They don’t care about customers. They don’t care about anything but taking your money and doing nothing when things go wrong.

**To everyone reading this:** please, I’m begging you — **DO NOT USE BOLT.** They’re not just unreliable — they’re dangerous.
