I’m livid and the response from Sandra is really ****ing me off!

I’ve sent screenshots substantiating a purchase of R38 versus the R153.60 that was deducted from my account. The person wants to see where the charges came from. I don’t know, that is why I’m calling. I sent screenshots of the trip and the price. I sent what the SMS deduction was versus the amount reflecting and this person is so dense, they tell me that they need proof.

I sent them screenshots of my ride, the date, the money that deducted and what came off my account.

The response is useless!
