Dissatisfied client

I'm disappointed in the manner which the support team plus the driver handled my matter, it seems as if we are not safe as ladies to use Bolt compared to other mode of transportation, what kind of a business structure that doesn't have a policy that deals with lost and found items in place, drivers will tell to come and fetch somewhere if not you loose your item just like that? The support team too confirmed to have contacted the driver and he acknowledged that but no further updates, so advantage is taken to ladies because we are weaker species, I'm Soo disappointed
