Disregarded by bolt

I’ve been using bolt for years and I’m sad that this will be coming to and end. On several occasions I had to enquire why I had been charged a different amount to the initial quoted fee. They then gave me a discount that I didn’t get to use but it forfeited. I explained this then they gave me another discount codes which didn’t seem to work. I reached out and no one bothered to respond, I continued using their services but felt that it was necessary for me to keep reminding them about the discount. And they completely went awol on me, no response nothing! is this how important this ehailing service company think it is that they now feel that they can actually disregard their clients? Just so they know, they are not the best thing since sliced bread and we can actually get around without them.
