Disregard of drivers by bolt

I am a driver with bolt and I have been blocked because riders cancel their trips before I even pick up, now when I contact bolt to get clarity on their unjust regulations, for the past three days I get no clear answer as to why I get blocked for something that's not in my hands, I have been getting robot like answers for specific questions I ask, because I have no income I have been evicted and I now stay in the car
