Dishonesty by Bolt SA, Double charged

I arranged a ride for a friend and paid via my bank but Bolt driver Appolos went ahead and took the same amount claiming that the ride wasn't paid for. I send a mail to Bolt and the anonymous person said their driver never took cash. I ask for his number and confronted him and he admitted he took cash and also asking me to send my details so we can resolve the matter without any noise. After his admission i send Bolt another mail telling them about this revelation and not heard from them since.
