Dishonesty - Broken Trust

I'm very disappointed in the level of service given today trip never happened I requested in the evening and the driver started the trip without me and drove to a destination. I was then billed for the trip that never happened and on that bill it shows a direct pick up location and a different destination to the one I requested. It really indicates that card payment it's not an option as trust get to be broken by your drivers
