Dishonest Bolt driver ovecharge more than double.

The driver changed the route without my permission, getting the addreas wrong and overcharging me by R50 on a R40 trip. Driver noy helpfull when trying to resolve. I contacted support. They want to refund to my Bolt wallet. I said no, I want it back to my card. Now support is refusing to reply to me.
