Disgusting Service from a Bolt driver

A guy driving bolt named Solly confirmed my ride but never arrived at my location I waited for almost 30 minutes busy showing he's arriving and before I knew it, he arrived but funny enough not at my location and he made a drop off I don't know where. I was surprised cos I've been waiting for him. I tried calling he declined my calls 3 times. And Bolt charged me. I honestly don't know how these ****s do it but this ain't cool. Bolt am asking for my refund. I forgot to take the car registration before it disappeared. I am fed up now I paid twice. Wish I could send his picture here on Hello Peter but there ain't that option.
