Disgusting service by Bolt!

I arranged a Bolt service to the hospital. After waiting how long and many calls later, the driver (Geoffrey) finally answered and told me that he had 2 flat tyres. The decent thing to do would have been for him to contact me and let me know. I am now going through a different company and hope that I will still be able to make the only Visiting hours. Disgusting service to say the least. I will not use them in future.
