Disgusting Service Bolt Food App Cape Town

Hi, Please note that my complaint is related to horrible service received via the Bolt Food App - Cape Town.

Apparently, the total disrespect received from Winston via the Bolt App - is just way too much - arguing with customers that was billed for food not received. If you do not refund me and call me back you leave me with no other option to take this further.
