DISGUSTING service

Worst service I have ever received. Three weeks ago my friend and I tried to order from Burger King on the Bolt Food app and due to "technical difficulty" on their side our order was rejected... AFTER they took my money. Bolt said I couldn't be refunded because it was the weekend, but I am yet to be refunded and they now refuse to help me without a three month bank statement. I have also worked in this industry for a food delivery company for many years and know that this is not required to refund a customer. To add insult to injury when we tried to order from a different restaurant on their app it took them over an hour and a half to deliver us that food (cold).
