Disgusting business practice

I have been continuously reaching out to bolt for the return of amounts they claim are authorisation holds. I have 5 pending transactions since 14 December 2023 that are not being returned by bolt.

I have reached out 3 times to remedy the situation and they're constantly assuring me they'll release the holds yet I am still waiting for the funds.
