Disgusting all around!

Disgusting. Driver's car was filthy! Inside AND outside. I was disgusted. I was wearing white pants and was afraid that it would get stained! I feel I should not have to pay for this trip. I contacted 'Customer Support' and they were of no help, repeating themselves and paying no attention to me and my issue. It wasn't long before they just STOPPED REPLYING. Customer 'service' is as terrible as the drive. Guess who is boycotting Bolt?
